Far too often as women and mothers we are expected to “have it all together,” whatever that means. I, of all people, am here to tell you that it’s okay if you don’t.

“It’s okay to not be okay” has been my mantra for a while now and I want to encourage others to embrace the same if that brings some sense of peace to your beautiful, yet chaotic world.

So tap in, pull from and lend to and make this place as much of your home as it is mine. Let’s grow, cry, love, adapt and shift together in order for our children to continue into the next generation of healing.
